Considering that I once lived off of only Beto's burritos for an entire week, my review might be a little biased. I have a deeply-rooted love for Beto's that has necessitated many "interventions" from my friends in a desperate attempt to get me to swap a greasy burrito for a carrot, in the interest of my health. Beto's has an extensive menu and a salsa bar that would make most peoples' jaws drop. I personally go for the breakfast burritos; the Machaca & Eggs and the Crazy are my two favorites. However, if you're a college student pinching pennies, the Broke A$$ Special isn't a bad option.

Now, heed this warning: you will leave Beto's smelling like a deep fryer and meat. Beto's isn't for the faint of heart. It's burritos are at least a pound and they tend to drip grease out of the bottom. I know several people who refuse to go back after experiencing terrible food poisoning, but I have never experienced any intestinal strife following a Beto's binge (I do have the tendency to smell like burritos the next day, though).

In my opinion, Beto's is good anytime, any place, but it is hands down the best late night option in the area.

The quality of food here was not great. Other locations seem better. Not sure why. Service was just OK but it always is. I just was not impressed with the food here and I will not return.

    Fail here.

It was bad , I was sitting on the toilet, for 1hr and 20 minutes. It is terrible. I got a carne Asada burrito.

I have never in my life had Mexican food this bad. I also have never in my life thrown away an entire meal because I always try to save food and conserve and be polite... but this was the WORST Mexican food I have ever had. I ordered cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. My enchiladas were practically frozen and the cheese inside was still shredded and not even slightly warm or melted. The red sauce on my enchiladas tasted sour and nasty and the rice was hard, and the beans tasted and looked like runny dirt water. My boyfriend got a bean and cheese burrito which was also cold and he managed to eat part of it. The cashier was kind, but that doesn't help the fact that we paid a good amount of money for more than low quality food.
